The 2004 tsunami was the primary reason to establish the foundation Havonos. We learned many things about the background and culture after working closely together with the Sri Lankans throught the years.

Since the foundation of Havonos in 2005, we have been able to cary out and fulfill many projects, under which the renovation of the RCTM school in Nilaveli and the establishment of a sewing school including purchasing sewing machines.
